Residential $275.00
Flat rate includes initial site visit with brief inspection of work performed or up to two (2) hours. If the initial inspection of work is to extend past two-hour allowance an additional charge of $45.00 per 1/2 hour will apply.
Any violations found during his visit will be included on a written estimate to remedy.
