HUSH Electrical Contracting strives to deliver the highest quality services at the most competitive prices. We are a licensed and bonded electrical contractor that specializes in all phases of electrical construction for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
Serving all of Rockland, Orange and Bergen Counties, we conduct full-service work from the design to finishing stages.
Our goal has been and always will be to provide the highest quality electrical services to every one of our customers without ever compromising our level of workmanship and safety that our customers have come to expect from us over the years. Our reputation was built on personal service, quality and reliability.
The electrical trade is the most complicated of all the trades and its technology is continuously changing.
Peter McGuire
Partner
Peter C. McGuire has been an active member of the I.B.E.W LU 363 since 1988. He began his electrical career at a young age attending both Saunders Trade & Technical H.S in Yonkers N.Y and the BOCES electrical program in Rockland County.
He was only 17 when he joined the I.B.E.W & after completing a 5- year JATC apprenticeship program was a very young [24 year old] Journeyman. He quickly made rank of both Foreman and General Foreman. Completing and overseeing various diverse projects, totaling nearly 100 million dollars. In 2001 he founded Hush Maintenance Corp. DBA Hush Electric. Peter presently helps oversee overall operations/quality control which include: Financials, Marketing Dept., Estimating Dept., & Public Relations.

Mark McElroy
Partner
Mark McElroy has been an active member of the I.B.E.W LU 363 for 36 years. He began his electrical career at a young age after attending and obtaining his diploma at North Rockland High School.
He was only 20 when he joined the I.B.E.W & after completing a 5- year JATC apprenticeship program, Mark obtained his Journeyman degree in 1986. Mark spent the next 7 years at Port Chester Electric in Port Chester, NY where he moved up the ranks and gained a greater understanding for the electrical trade.
In 1993 Mark continued his work in Rockland County as a General Foreman before joining the Hush Electric team in 2003.
